Came up with something pretty good on the spot. Sautéed meatballs, sliced potatoes, wax beans & diced onions in an oiled pan, with bacon bits, lemon pepper, powdered mustard, cinnamon & dashes of seasoning salt & thyme. Came out pretty good. The meatballs & potatoes each absorbed different flavors, while the wax beans kind of kept to themselves. It all goes pretty good together.

That looks good.  Do you make your meatballs from scratch?

If so, do you want to share the recipe?

I have a passion for the kitchen, cooking and new things so we instituted a "new country every month" thing last year. It's been really fun. Each month we pick a country and make traditional foods from that country. It's fun.
