Hi David,

I would love to buy a copy of your Natural Swimming Pool DVD but don't know if it would play on my DVD player. On Permanent Publ. site and Amazon.co.uk it only shows as PAL format. (and Language shows as 'Castillian') I've emailed Permaculture store with this question, but no answer so far :)

So.... can I play it here in U.S. if i buy it? (I'm in the doghouse at the moment - no free stuff for me !)

Thanks ;)

Hi Nancy,

Modern DVD players will take NTSC and PAL. This DVD has been produced in PAL format and the language English, because that's all I speak. I have sold quite a few of these DVDs to the US and there has not been a problem playing the DVD.
I will also check with situation the publishers regarding the Amazon listing information.

I contacted Permanent Publications and this is what they said...

I think the key phrase is to say the DVD is fine if you have a multi-region player (most are these days???).

Quote them the standard spec and let them make their own minds up?
PAL. 16:9.
Region: 0

I guess folk can always play it in their computers too?
