I just checked out Ben Law's book on cruck framing from my local library. I've also been searching around on the subject, and found this video of a workshop that the Northmen Guild put on back in 2019.

In the comments, the instructor, Collin Beggs says that he will be holding a Timber Framer's Guild workshop at his place in Sandpoint Idaho in late June of 2023. So there is an opportunity for people from the US to receive Northmen Guild level instruction without traveling to Latvia.
