I purchased the skip ebook a few minutes ago

It won’t download to my iPhone

I downloaded it to my fire tablet but the file
Can’t be opened

Please help

via email.

The main reason people can't access their stuff is because they're not logged in.  Please make sure you're logged in to permies on the device you wish to use to access the ebook.

However, I see that you have been able to download the file, although I am not sure which device.  I'm assuming your fire tablet.

I see you purchase the ebook yesterday, and initiated a download at 20:15:53 MST, which completed successfully at 20:16:33 MST

I tried to to download and open the ebook on my iphone, and here's how it went for me.
I just downloaded the file to my iphone, and it took about 45 seconds, but did so without a problem.  Then it needed to be accessed with the "files" app, and opened with an epub reader.

I am unfamiliar with fire tablet, but the protocol should be similar.

What do you usually use to read epubs?

Put the moon back where you found it! We need it for tides and poetry and stuff. Like this tiny ad:
