Wow! So they are wider than typical road trailers and very long. I still think that a tractor might manage it, but you'd have to find someone local with a big one. If you're really only planning to move them 1 mile, you don't need a lot of speed and it doesn't sound as if you've got a hard, short deadline, so it could be at the farmer's convenience.
Is that mile on your own property, or would they have to either cross a road or drive part way on a road. Also consider their height, and whether there are any overhanging wires or branches that you'd have to get out of the way. Elevation gain and loss would also be a factor to consider.
I'm assuming you looked into tow trucks? Again for that size of trailer, you'd need a fairly substantial tow truck.
