Hi.  I’m looking for someone who needs a place to live and has carpentry/finishing/electrical skills (according to BC building codes) and would be willing to work in lieu of rent.  It is taking too long for us to turn our basement into a suite by ourselves, and we can’t afford to hire anyone.  The basement is finished and furnished - just needs a kitchenette.  We are located on acreage (does not belong to us) in south-west BC.  We have a garden, chickens and goats.  Eventually we will need to derive an income from our basement suite, but I can think of a few projects that can be done in lieu of rent first, and would be happy to have someone to partner with in our homesteading efforts.  Applicant must espouse conservative, Judeo-Christian values.  I would also prefer that they did not take the covid-19 bioweapon jab.

Been there. Done that. Went back for more. But this time, I took this tiny ad with me:
GAMCOD 2025: 200 square feet; Zero degrees F or colder; calories cheap and easy
