This thread on searching for a small homestead got me to looking, even though I'm not able to do anything right now.

I like the post.
Alot of people here would like to start their own homestead or move to a new location.
This allows others to see that it is doable for a relative small fee.

Iterations are fine, we don't have to be perfect
