Sorry I'm not sure how to embed a video hosted on Facebook, but this goes into the how and why of trees pulling water out of the ground at negatives pressures which normally cause water to boil due to the vacuum:

It's pretty cool that the tallest trees in the world transport countless gallons of water from underground to their very tops without expending any energy to pump it. Maybe some day our technology will become that advanced, lol!
