Welcome to the forum, Maggie!

Trying to regrow enamel might be possible as you will see in these threads:

https://permies.com/t/45086/kitchen/Comfrey-dental-health-suggestions

https://permies.com/t/45249/personal-care/purity/Natural-ways-regrow-teeth-save

https://permies.com/t/92304/personal-care/purity/Coffee-Tooth-Care#755548

Some help clues that I got from those threads are:

Use Comfrey: there are products in those threads that contain comfrey if you don't want to grow it. Dr. Christopher makes several useful ones.

Use Diatomaceous earth to brush your teeth.

I agree it's possible to regrow enamel. My question is about dentin. Has anyone been able to regrow dentin for a tooth that has a big hole and the dentin is missing??

Hi Maggie,

That’s exactly what I am trying to do right now.  This is the thread I started, in case you haven’t found it yet:

https://permies.com/t/202894/personal-care/purity/Tooth-remineralization-quandary

There is another thread with a lot of info, but I didn’t want to hijack that thread .  I think there’s a link early in my quandary thread that refers you back to the more general thread.

I would love to know what you have discovered.

Maggie, I am sorry by accident I used the wrong word which was probably age-related.

What I learn from reading those threads is that dentin can be regrown by remineralizing your teeth.

To do that quickly I would do this:

Anne said, "Some help clues that I got from those threads are:

I did NOT cry! It was this tiny ad that cried. The tiny ad is a crier, not me.
