Our beloved 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom detached single family home on .18 acres. Located on a desirable upper avenue in Conshohocken. Walking distance to Spring Mill train station and downtown Conshy’s best restaurants and pubs.
A beautifully designed food forest in the back yard gives a sustainable feel in the city. In 2012 over 200 pounds of food was lazily harvested from the backyard. Twenty-four kinds of fruit are growing here, providing you with fresh fruit/berries from March until December. Large vegetable garden areas with some perennial or semi annual plants. Includes a kiwi trellis with hooks for hanging chairs and a fenced-in area for chickens or possibly a dog.
Off-street parking is available for two cars.
Newly installed appliances include a state-of-the-art mini-split heat pump (05-2011), an energy efficient refrigerator (05-2010), a heat pump water heater (06-2012) that costs 30% less to run, a top-of-the-line dishwasher (04-2011) with built-in water softener, and a high performance water saving shower head (10-2009). Recently refinished floors. Several windows have been refurbished maintaining the original historic look.
This is a great place for a family. The neighborhood is kid friendly.

We hope to find a great family to take care of everything and love it the same way we have! A list of edible plants on the property is available upon request. It is a bit long to list here. Further modifications to the property are a welcome edition. Check out http://www.rascaldesign.biz/ for pictures. Click on the blog and scroll through, there's plenty of pictures. The land has been transformed from concrete to wonderful soil.

Not yet. The rent we're looking for is $2100/month but we're willing to be flexible for the Permies. We know you guys would take excellent care of everything

Wow, it sounds lovely but the price is out of range for the permie friend I was thinking of.
