Their water kefirs are absolutely to die for!      
                                                                                 
A couple of starter cultures and several books are available through the site.

If you are near the region, definitely stop by! Many local retailers in neighboring counties are stocking and selling their products as well nowadays, so you might keep an eye out for those if you live in Middle TN.
