There's a lot of "it depends" sauce on all this.
Coordinating schedules is a thing. Oftentimes webinars are in the evenings in the US, if that's where the presenter is located. Sometimes on a Saturday. Hopefully this works out so that most people, with a bit of notice, can attend.
The webinars also have a lot of "it depends" sauce on them, in that there are a lot of different presenters, sourcing a lot of different material, some of which are bound by certain copyright and distribution limitations. Furthermore, sometimes something goes sideways tech-wise. So what we do is this: we make the webinar a live-only event, the value of which is based solely on the chance to interact in real-time with an expert in their field, while they are presenting their material in a way focused for this context. There is no recording implied in these webinars.
If a thing turns out to have a really good recording, maybe that will become available as a separate thing. And maybe we will make that cheaper to access for people who had a ticket to the live event.
So there's your answer sandwich, made of who-knows lunch-meat between two slices of vague toast, with depends and maybe sauce on the side.
If you must have a simple, one word answer to the recording question, the answer is "no."
