Any recommendations related portable baby wipe warmer?

They make USB baby wipe warmers, but I just did a google search.  You can get a USB attachment for most cordless tool batteries.

Keep a small pack in your pocket, or under the baby in a carrier, and it will be body temperature.

We keep a small package in our pocket when out and using disposables.  

Or, we keep a thermos of warm (not hot) water with us when we are on top of things and using cloth (reusable) wipes.
