I live full time off grid with just a small solar power system and I am trying to get away from cooking with propane and wood stoves are not an option so I am using low watt appliances that will run off my power station that I recharge from solar.

I love pancakes, biscuits, sausage muffins and I live alone so I cook meals for one person most of the time.

Some friends recommended these Dash mini cooking appliances that use very low power and cook fast so I got the Dash mini griddle and put it to the test and did a review for my off grid channel and I am very impressed with how fast it cooks and very convenient and low power so it will run off a small solar power system or power station for off gridders, camping, travel. remote work or in a black out power emergency.

So far I have just made pancakes but my next test will be sausage McMuffins and screw McDonalds.

Anyway. here is that review video and thought it might help some people that are looking for simple cooking solutions.

If you use one or have recipes for these griddles please put that in the comments!
