all mineral rights

it needs me to first sell my farm and put 75k down which will take 2 months from the time i find a suitable partner or partners

then 1000.00 a month for 10 yrs

it use to be a CSA for organic produce to neighbors

its clean air and clean water and kentucky has no nuclear power plants and the furthest west is over 300 miloes away..

it faces east / the valley but has north south and east exposures so nothing from the west like storms get there.

8 miles from a town

15 miles north of tennessee and between cumberland lake and daniel boone national forest

it only has like 6 acres for growing veggies and maybe 10 acres for grazing and the rest is over 50 yr old forest

or many types of trees which provides all one would need for any construction or heating projects

i have money enough for half of it anyone else want to come up with the other 75k and join me ?

speak now or forever hold your peace because this is a one time offer which will go away soon.

It has 3 houses and 3 cabins and 2 barns and is a whole valley at the end of the road.

I actually was offered to put my half down and pay 1,000.00 a month for 10 years to cover the balance.

Personally i can't afford that by myself. I wouldn't be able to afford repairs let alone living expenses.

I would have to sell my small little farm to come up with that down payment, so i need serious people.

I need hardy people who really want to live in community functioning as a group caring and working together.

Please only serious replies from people who are interested in this location with funds available.

please do not ask me location etc we can get into that stuff later..

if you have the ability to make payments that would work as in a fixed income and some down payment

but if you have funds to help buy that is even better.

NOTE: I do not want to cut down the trees i want to preserve them

if though some trees are getting near death then they can be used to build things on the property.

the agreement also entails allowing two women in their 60's live out their life there if they choose in their cabins they built.

so basically this is a place to plant and grow and enjoy life and the forest and the mountains etc

i am not into a big money making operation just simple subsitence if thats not you then move on

Ok i have a silent partner to help me cover the mortgage,,

Now i need helpers to farm and do improvements.

You have to be able to sustain yourself until we grow enough

The property can't be subdivided or logged but the trees can be used as needed as in firewood and i want to build a log cabin maybe 2 small ones.

You must be open minded and not prejudice

and definately NO DRUGS OR POT GROWING ETC ETC NO ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES
