how do i stop my souffles from collapsing when they come out of the oven?

in my experience they always collapse just a little. the timeing is crucial and you can't jiggle or shake it. and I have had mix success. I want to try one in a angel food cake pan so that I could flip it over for a few minutes after it comes out like an angel food cake.  let me know if you find any tricks!
