This unit lies in a serene valley in Huson, Montana with only two neighbors in sight, having direct, easy access to interstate 90. The 23 minute commute to Missoula is on a clean stretch of four lane highway with a broad median. Live among wild elk, turkeys, and spring wildflowers on a six acre homestead with access to gardening, chickens, sheep, and various perennial fruit and nut shrubs and trees. The property is shared with a single tenant in another unit. Landlord is a friendly permaculture designer who is away earning hours for his doctorate.

All amenities are in unit. Utilities are paid by landlord. Optional: mostly furnished. Optional: some work/trade.

Landlord seeks responsible, stable tenants with good communication skills. No partiers. Landlord requests proof of income and 2-3 references, especially rental references.

PM me. Thanks!

Sounds like a delightful homestead at good value.
Is it?

Do you have a time frame in mind ? If I don’t go back east to the UP or upper Minn I might want to land in MT for a few months while looking for my own property…though I’m not sure I’ll be able to afford anything there with the explosion of money that moved in. I was in Big Fork and Whitefish for a year during covid and never could find a place to land, wish we had overlapped 2 years ago Are sheets of plywood still worth more than gold ? People were milling their own green wood to build when I was in Polson…crayzeeee….
