JADAM or KNF recipes that can use High Bicarbonate well water

I have a well that has high bicarbonate because of the limestone.  Is there a list of recipes or some guidelines on what I can make with this water without treating it?

While I can't answer your question, I am fascinated by the phrase "High Bicarbonate well water".

I am trying to figure out if your well water is different from mine.

I describe my water as alkaline.  Is my water different from yours?

When I ask Mr. Google I was told that alkaline water is sold in bottles or I can add baking soda aka bicarbonate of soda to my water to make alkaline water.

You probably have a high bicarb number because of the limestone. You may also have radon.
Yes I have seen alkaline water as being good for you.  Of course it is wise to do a water quality test to make sure you don't have heavy metals in there also.  The pH of my water is 7.0.
