I have some of Masanobu Fukuoka's books and have started looking at related online material again because I've just acquired a small allotment on a trial basis. It was him who inspired me to get one, yet I don't know where to start. I'm in the South of England, UK and would really appreciate suggestions if anyone has any.

Hi Jessica, I'm interested to see what you come up with. I've been exploring the same idea here on Skye and have a project thread here to share my experiences, which has been going for about 18 months now - still very experimental. Because I'm a little cooler than Fukuoka's area I don't think it's possible to get two crops in one year, but being further South than I am, you will have more possibilities for overwintering crops maybe.
I also got a lot out of the Garden Master Course:
this is a little taster video. Helen, who presented the course, was an intern with Fukuoka on his farm. I've tried to incorporate some of Helen's principles to my growing scheme. My soil definitely needs a lot of improving!
