This area warmed up early in spring for over a month, got a LOT of rain, then went back to freezing. I guess the wild grapevines LOVED it. They are utterly insane amok. They grew what looks like 2 years of growth in 3 months.
These trees are about 60 feet high. They have never had grapevines to the top before that I have seen. They look like they have kudzu!
If the grapes grow in decent sized bunches, you could freeze them then strip the fruit off with a fork and boil up to make jelly or add the liquid to fruit that don't set well as natural pectin.
The grapes might also be good to ferment and make vinegar?
