Hey GUYS ...I am looking for innovations that can be used to practice permaculture in dry areas to green the said place...kindly advise on this...together with a couple of friends we want to work on a greening project in a semi arid area in our country (Kenya) as a way of giving back to the society..i am open to ideas and advice on this ...feel free to PM me ...Thank you

Hi.
I am trying to add my own guide to the ones Anne links, but it's taking longer than I expected.

Short story, the strategy depens on whether your raining patterns are desert, mediterranean or forest, and it's completely different if you capture water for irrigation than just trying to live with whatever rains.
