I posted this meme in Introvert Memes but it seems like it may be a good thing to put here too.

I know I put a lot of effort into hiding my issues from most people, they don't need me exploding all over them, and I have learned most people don't want to know.

Wow I really like that meme. I think about this sometimes: I see a person and...I have absolutely no idea what he has been through, whatever snap judgments I make as a first impression. He could be a freakin' hero having overcome obstacles that would blow my mind. (And the humblest people would never tell you that they had!)

Working at a call center was one of the hardest (I'm extremely introverted) but also one of the best jobs I ever did because I have forever understood that people on the other end of the phone line aren't robots (well some of them are now, alas!) but people like me.

(Keeping this perspective when I get mad...now that is the big challenge. Does anyone have a tattoo version of this meme?)
