Hi my name is Evan 38m. Long time lurker, first time poster. I have a sole proprietor construction business, am a music producer, and own a few other small business' with a couple friends. I have a 15 yo son and a beautiful pup named ava. I enjoy working hard, building value, and helping others. I'm a big technology enthusiast, enjoy flying drones, camera work, disc golf, tinkering and of
course, music.
I recently sold my stake in a decommissioned church in omaha that I remodeled over the last 5 years, to a
non profit that will continue running the artist residency program that I helped establish out of the building. About a month ago, I bought 10 acres of
land in red cloud, ne. I'm moving there in less than a week! to start breaking ground on a couple new buildings. The land itself is on the edge of town, but technically within
city limits. My plan is to sub divide the land and build houses. once my own shop is completed, I plan on building a 3d house printer to accomplish this and other houses/land in the future.
My long term goal is to build incredibly affordable housing that folks can own instead of renting. I also dabble in alternative
energy sources and plan to do research on grid scale non toxic batteries at the farm as well as agrovoltaics.
I'm reaching out to introduce myself and to hopefully find other like minded souls to bounce ideas off and form a working friendship. I have plenty of land for folks to stay temporarily and am open to
alot of different scenarios. I'm going to need help eventually getting the sides of buildings up and many other projects and can afford to pay for some help in a few different ways.
