38m in nebraska seeking long term

Hey!
My name is Evan. I'm a home builder by day musician/producer by night. A dedicated father to a 15 yo and a fur baby. Friends would describe me as driven but with a laid back attitude, overly optimistic, highly adaptable, calm and slightly introspective although I warm up quickly. I enjoy being useful to others. I nerd out on technology, agrovoltaics, alternative energy sources and sustainable living.

I'm looking for a long term solid connection. easy going, low drama mama that wants to build a better world together. preferably in person.

I recently bought 10 acres of land on the edge of Red Cloud Nebraska. Its technically within city limits and I have plans to develop the property into an intentional living community (in the process of subdividing the land). I'm currently living off grid here while I build a small home before winter hits with plans to build a larger dwelling in the spring. I have a well installed and will be connected to the grid for business reasons but there's still plenty of ruggedness to be had.
