Hey hello there!

My name is Marit and 11 years back i was active within the punk movement. Playing in bands, releasing records, distribution and by making my own cut 'n' paste D.I.Y fanzine. It always contained interviews with bands, or action groups, articles, collumns, vegan recipies, poems, book/fanzine/music reviews and so on.

Alas the internet slowly creeped in our lives and made everything go so fast. I mean, i had a news section in my fanzine, but in the time it got released, it was already old news, hahaha, combine that with postal prices that were rising and the copyshops were getting unaffordable, my fanzine died a slow death.

Still i love writing and so when i figured out how those free blogs worked i directly started my fanzine again, not on paper anymore, but via internet.

I still write about punk, but in the years i rolled into permaculture and so i write a lot about this too. So think: Punk additude, permaculture, roadtrips, dreaming, feminism, anarchism, love, foood, cooking, D.I.Y ethics and laughing out loud and you got my zine.

I just started out, so there isn't that much to see, but for now i got 2 articles (1 about GMO's and 1 about how the ''independed reseaches'' really go), music reviews and a review about an action we did yesterday in our hometown against the dutch immigration policy, vegan recipies and an interview with Katharine Hone. The woman who introduced permaculture in our town Zwolle.

If you like my blog you can subcribe via mail or if you have a worldpress also, you can do it via worldpress.

Thanks for your time and enjoy!

I added an interview with Stadtuinders (city Farmers) Zwolle (The Netherlands) A group of young people started up a vegetable/herb garden to grow organic and spread locally. In the area they start to build a name. Really cool people!

I have been a busy bee this last few weeks. I added new music reviews, a gig review, a review about an anti deportation of asylum seekers action, 2 interview, 1 with a punk/hardcore band from Germany called Finesterre and 1 with the herbal medicine expert from my hometown.

Enjoy!

I suggest huckleberry pie. But the only thing on the gluten free menu is this tiny ad:
