Its autumn. Things need doing. Yesterday, the pressure washer did great. Today, it seems to think it needs to run on a ridiculously short cycle, instead off consistently, like it did, yesterday. Air in the water line doesn't seem to be the problem - instead, it seems to be the (electric) motor. Runs on idle for about 15seconds, ramps up for about 15 seconds, runs on 'pressure' for about 15 seconds. ONLY if I don't squeeze the grip/trigger. As soon as I do that, the motor switches back to idle, & it loses all pressure. I don't get it. Then again, small motors, particularly electrics, are not my thing. Help, please?

1. First,  Check the screen on your inlet garden hose connection (at the pump inlet).  Remove it, clean, and reinstall.
2. At first startup, hold the pistol grip down for a minute or two to evacuate any air in the system.

Make & Model please?

Thank you, Eugene! I'll check on that info, in the morning. Weirdly, when John got home, it was assigned up for another 10 minutes or so, then mysteriously started working fine. It stopped when I went up to the well house, and he thought I'd unkinked the hose - but, I didn't touch the hose. I'm still looking for the information though, because I'm sure it will happen again - especially if I don't dig into it. Maybe if I learn it, it won't act up, anymore, lol.
