Short term rental cabins in Unorganized township land

Hello Everyone,

I want to build some cabins for short term rental - vocational cabins . I am planning to buy a land in unorganized township in Ontario .

- Is it allowed to build cabins with heating and cooling facilities on land  .
- What are the different permits involved in starting this Short Term rental [STR] business
-  Apart from following Ontario Building code , are there any other permits needed .
- I know that I will need septic permit


Please share your experiences .
