DVD Package not received!

I am in need of assistance regarding the "Jumbo DVD Package 217274" that was advertised a while back. On 5/28/23 I made the purchase. Paypal paid and recorded the transaction. The package was shipped on 5-30-23 but never received. I made several unresponded emails regarding this since that time. Just today, a VERY kind volunteer suggested using the forum as a means of correcting the issue. I have dates, emails and involved numbers.

Where to go from here?

Very to sorry to hear you haven't received your DVDs. We'll look into it right away and get back to you asap.

I don't know who you contacted.  The only emails I can find from you are when you made the purchase.

I looked up the tracking number and USPS says "not us!" So either they are lying or my shipper made a booboo.  

I have contacted the shipper and reminded them of all the contents and I asked them to add in a deck of cards and a better world book to help take some of the sting out.  My guess is that the package will be headed your way later today sporting a brand new tracking number.

FYI, they were sent to "the permies@permies.com" address. Regardless, I'm more than happy to have such a prompt response today. Thank you so much and I'm looking forward to seeing the DVDs, et.al. when they arrive!

Problem Resolved!!
As of today, package has been received and I greatly appreciate the assistance and generosity from Paul and all hands in the resolution. Yay!!
