Made a digital purchase plus upgrade

Hello, this morning I made a $15 purchase to watch your video on the rocket oven. The transaction number is:

I watched the first part on tools but was getting ready to watch the second part after I upgraded in order to have access the plans. That transaction number is:

3LR641991V0399732

Now I lost access to the videos and the link sent to me for the upgrade takes me to the public page advertising the videos and upgrades, assuming I haven't purchased yet.

Can I please have access to what I paid for? Thank you.

I would prefer to contact you privately but that doesn't seem to be an option.

I am not familiar with those transaction numbers.  Perhaps this will be a bit of an education for me.

It seems you have created two accounts.

"Lizabeth Davis" owns nothing and should, therefore, see the sales page.

"Lizabeth Davis II" owns two products.  If you are logged in as "Lizabeth Davis II" you will have full access.

Thank you! That worked. I used PayPal which uses a different email. I didn't realize that created two account.
