access to digital market purchase

(EDIT: All user error, it's working great now!)

Is there a specific person to contact regarding lost access to digital content purchased on this site, or for troubleshooting digital content access in general?

For example, I've purchased the Mike Oehler bundle found at https://permies.com/wiki/48625/digital-market/digital-market/Mike-Oehler-Cost-Underground-House but after the first day of watching video the access is no longer there.

If there is someone to reach regarding digital content access that would be great!

Are you sure you're using the same account that you were using when you bought access?

You have to be logged in to see your purchase.

It was my fault, I must have created a different account when I made the purchase on a tablet, once I logged in with the correct account I could see the purchase.
