Does anyone know of a source for really large parsley in the US?  I've wanted to find parsley that would have large leaves for salads and ran across them via Australian plant breeder Damien Beaumont via this episode of Going to Seed:

I found Damien offering his seeds to folks in Australia on this site and am hoping that there's a way to get something like this in the US as it would check off one dream on my garden dream list!

These are so perfect!  Besides the wonderful large leaves, Damien also shares that "The roots are large enough to be roasted, and the leaf petioles can be used similar to celery - but taste far nicer." What is not to love?
