Homestead with me in Western North Carolina!

Hey there! Looking for a motivated and at least partly skilled individual (not over 50) to join me on our land (16 acres) in rual Marshall, NC.
I am currently living there with one other male(finding to be skilled but unreliable.).
I am excited but sadly not very skilled to be living mostly off grid in the woods, (there is wifi access and a temp power pole but not where the residents live.
I have worked on farms and have no problem living unconventinally.
Ideally we would help and work together to make money with the land. Ideas so far include renting space for wildnerness educators to teach classes, hip camp, forest farming.. and open to other ideas!


You must be willing to put up your own structure/tent. Camper van or bus could work but prefer a tiny home off grid.
Have a 40ft shipping container for storage and eventual hang out common space. I reside in a short bus right now.
Must be comfortable and safe using a chain saw. This is not a job posting but a lifestyle opportunity. Ideally the right canditate would pay $400/month for basic uses. we will create guidelines once a person voices their needs from the land. Any work that we do will benefit both people for creating income spaces in the near future.

My family has a homestead in Marshall, NC. I lived there off grid for a few years. There is a great community of homesteaders with a Facebook group called 'Conscious homesteaders of madco" I think.
