Hello,

I was just downloading the book as pdf. All the photos are black and white. How can I get the colour version?

Regards Thomas

Welcome to Permies Thomas.
The black and white PDF is a cheaper version designed for school kids and those who are not interested in colour.
I will check to see if the colour PDF is available yet.
Cheers

The print version of the cheese book is also black and white, and the PDF is basically the same file as the print version - there is no colour version. Hope this clears things up.
