Howdy... I am a 52 year old man in Western Colorado looking to share with a woman interested in working the land and living off grid. My name is actually Wind Clearwater, but permies.com didn't think that sounded real enough 😂
Age is not important to me, connection is, if it works it works and we will both know it.
I'm in great shape, love to ski and be active. I also am an artist and musician..
Living simply is my spiritual journey and being connected to the natural world.
Thanks for reading my post. If you are interested in connecting with me, please feel to reach out. I am open to meeting friends, lovers, soulmates.
 Have a blessed day.
 ~Wind Clearwater ~

Hello Wind. Nice to virtually meet you. Re you currently living off grid? or is that the future plan? My name is Lara, i’m 50, from England. Like you pretty active. I have some experience previously living remotely and off grid as i lived in Argentina for a while on a farm there. Had to grow own food, haul water and lived 2 hours from nearest town. I learnt how to drive a tractor, use a chainsaw etc. Great times, loved being outdoors with so much freedom. Now my son is all grown up (he’s now 28), and i have no relationship to hold me anywhere I’m looking to do something for me and feel off grid lifestyle is what I need. Give me a write back if you would like and we will chat!

Hi Lara.   Yes, I currently live off grid.  With a solar system to power the house, spring water for the house and a composting toilet.   It's a good life.   I built ( and am currently still working on) a strawbale house that I live in.  I have been developing a forest garden for the last 20 years.  Currently, I raise pigs and chickens with plans to do turkeys in the Spring.
It sounds like you have acquired many good skills for off grid living.

  Thanks for reaching out

~Wind~

Sounds amazing! Alas, like you, I am super dug into my place on the southern Oregon coast. Best of luck to you with your endeavors and adventures!

Hey Rosa... Thanks for reaching out...Yes, it seems like many of us are entrenched in our spots and living single lives... Alas, seems to be the plight of the modern world.  I love Coos Bay though and if I make it out that way I will hit you up and come see your spot... Many blessings

Be Well,
  ~Wind Clearwater~
