i know it's crazy to think there haven't been hundreds of people offering advice for pauls cough, so i will refrain from that course unless requested

but the stated aim of building a place where people can come and get well seems to be a great dream and this is really a practicum---ie physician heal thyself

i've been studying healing practices for some time, i have shared that vision of building a place where people could come for recovery purposes and i also have my own health issues that i consider as great opportunities for finding that edge between sickness and health, opportunities to learn about what others may experience on a more or less regular basis

how do we know where our limits are,,what our health is, if we don't occasionally push too hard or indulge too much (or even have some accident or disease probing our vulnerabilities)

there are even psychological components that might suggest we deliberately put ourselves in these positions to learn lessons we could never understand if we were always in perfect health

anyway, not sure if i have a question or statement of any definitive kind, just some odd musings---especially since i've noticed my own mild cough on occasions that just recently showed up

maybe it's mold or diet or just a phase before summer comes and i get outside more in fresh air and sunshine,, but it's mine to experience and learn from,

get well soon for all of us
