fresh water crayfish (yabbies)

In the thread tyres anyone, Jennifer has asked how i grow my yabbies, this was replied to in that thread, but me thinks it may need a thread of it's own

Does any body have any aquaculture experiance they wish to share
fresh water cray , fish farming ect.
