battery power on a food cart. in usa

hey. looking for basic info for an electric power dummy on using a battery to power a simple food cart. battery will only be used to power a string of lights, speakers, and a toaster oven (or some sort of horizontal toaster). can i probably use some sort of high capacity 12v battery, an inverter like you plug into a car and then just plug stuff in? will be a small cart pulled by another vehicle.

Ed Mick: forget an Electric toaster oven, your cart would be so full of batteries there would be no room for food ! you could have a panini press heated to
toasting temperature through L.P. Gas, yes ! Led Lights! yes! Speakers yes ! but Electrical resistance heating like a toaster, or a coffee pot, or a slow
cooker forget about it !

The only way to store that much energy and make it easily portable is with a l.p.gas or gasoline powered internal combustion engine running a pretty big
Generator ! Sorry, probably nether of us will live long enough to see easily portable batteries that will do what you are asking them to do !
