Some of you may know or have heard of wrapping meats in bacon to improve the flavor.  I think it is true while cooking wild game and have done so many times.

My question is if you wrap a stuffed (apple, celery & onion) pork chop with bacon before baking -- would it taste even better???

Peace

i can't imagine anything that bacon wouldn't improve, frankly.

a pork chop can be really dry if you don't brine it first, and the bacon would improve that in terms of extra fat and flavor.
