To make shakes, we need a mallet. So we took one of your sticks and got started. Caleb Larson came by and said "when you get good at making these, you will whip out a mallet in less than five minutes."

Between visitors and chasing cows, we never got to the point of dropping a tamarack. Maybe tomorrow?
