can anyone help with parts list so i can make my own? also i can't find pearlite can i use fiber glass batting

im still looking for used pipe. i found some used but people want you to buy all of it  i only need a little.
also not sure is triple wall better or just stick with double

I would think anything other than single wide would not work.

yeah we put up stainless triple wall and it cost us a fortune..but it is so much better than the old stuff..and will last pretty much forever..so i guess the initial investment was worth it..we have 3 stainless chimneys at this time.

Keep looking for perlite or vermiculite - both are used for gardening.  Wal mart has them.  (Ashes mite work, not sure what u r making.)

Fiberglass is cheap and fireproof, but will lose insul value after dirt/suet gets in it. Also it gets brittle and changes composition after a year of exposure to heat. Works great for about a year though.
