Can someone start a thread about frontier house?

Can someone chip in and create an awesome thread about frontier house.

Here is an example that was done by Lenn Sisson for roundwood furniture. Something like that would be awesome.

Whoever creates the thread can post directly and just provide a link here.

I embedded the videos. If you can still edit it, you could play with the layout a bit, it looks like embedding messed things around a bit.
