Jerusalem Artichoke white rot

Hello I have been growing Jerusalem Artichokes for three seasons now with great success but this season I have noticed they have white rot disease by the scientific name sclerotinia sclerotiorum. I was wondering if anyone has had this disease and been able to continue growing sunchokes with the same set of tubers in later years. I  really do not want to have to buy new seed tubers because because I try my very hardest to be self sufficient in the plants that I grow (this being the reason I have chosen to grow sunchokes). Since you do not want to buy new tubers can you separate any good ones from the diseased ones to use to propagate new plants?

Maybe plant these in a new location ?
