Hello Erica and Ernie Wisner,

For the last year I have been involved with an open source development of a steam generator. The focus has been on creating two types of steam engine but not much on the boiler. The tiny tech people in India use a Water tube Yarrow type boiler, but I thought a RMH would be better suited to the job. I was thinking of a flash boiler similar to the Doble steam car's at first. Do you think a RMH could be used in a coil tube burner to create enough steam to run a 10HP steam engine? 20HP?

Thank you,

Jason
