What animal?

Can anyone identify the animal that was killed and eaten in my back patio in Indiana?  I believe the predator was an owl, based on the pellets at the scene.
Update: Thanks for your replies. The perpetrator returned yesterday, it was a chicken hawk. I posted a video.

i'd say bunny, from the foot, clumps of hair, and bits of feces.

I'm no expert on owl poop but it looks like the pellets of owls that live near me. When my daughter was little, we'd take them apart to see what they had been eating. She isn't as easy to entertain anymore.
