Greetings, fellow permies:

Humble Abode Nursery is located in Ashfield, MA, USDA zone 5a, and they offer a wide range of unique and edible, bareroot perennial plants.
They are 6-years established as of 2024, and they added several unique species/varieties this year.

I adopted a few Hazelnut seedlings last year, and they are thriving despite some of the challenging drought-like weather in my area.
Hazelnut is known as a relatively "fast grower," but I was pleasantly surprised about their resilience and that the 6 - 12 inch seedlings are now at least 6 feet tall!

*A potential perk... shipping is FREE if you order more than $200 from their wonderful selection.
This may not seem like much, but shipping costs typically correlate directly to the order, so this can equate to some "free" plants added to your order!

If any of that sounds exciting, check out their website!

Happy planting!
