Help with PM

I am wondering how to get a hold of support as my PM is being blocked saying I am using abbreviations which i am not.

pretty annoying as i went through my entire (private message) unless its looking at temperatures am I supposed to spell out one hundred and fifteen degrees? The only single letter word is I as in I myself

I took a screenshot and would appreciate some one who can look at it and tell me what i am doing wrong!?! Its supposed to be a private message what is this?

Permies forums are a forum and not a private messaging service.  The purple moosage system has issues which are very low priority to fix.  It could be one of those.

At the top of the purple moosage it recommends using email instead.

Or it could be something else.
