Any goat breeds that tolerate rain?

So I've heard on this forum that goats the rain. Are there any that can withstand it, that don't absolutely hate it?

There are a lot of goats in Humboldt County California and we get 40" to 60" of rain a year, most in the winter months. Goats do better than some people.
