A good moorning to all permies from sierra grande, Crodoba Argentina!
I have been following with a lot of interes all the related willow feeders posts, videos and podcasts. My brother is/will apply some of the concepts into practical use.

I had visit from friends who are expecting, and they are thinking of using the washable diapers. The question on the table came rapidly , how to dispose the baby poop 💩
I mentioned to them the willow feeder system as an option, without the pooping stations.
I made a quick search im the forum, but did not find any mentions about baby poop together with willow feeders…

Maybe it is a topic to talk about, at least mention if this is possible. I am thinking about that the poop will be mixed with baby pee. So the question is, can this work? Can a baby poo station, be part of the willow feeder system?

Good question...

When I had children aka babies, I put the washable diapers with poop into a container with water.

That water could easily be used to water the garden.

Not exactly a willow feeder though useful.

It depends on how abundant they are and how they regrow (how sustainable) but perhaps mosses would work too. I have heard they were valued for diaper material when such was needed.

In my experience, sometimes the consistency of poop in a diaper is such that you can plop most of it from the diaper into the toilet. It would be easy to get that kind of poop into a willow feeder. Then you would wash the diaper in the same way you usually do.
