Any community will have problems and our community is no exception
Regardless of how like minded the members of the community are there will be problems. How they are solved is the secret to a successful community. There are many ways to organize a community to solve problems. It is not our organization structure that is our secret, but it is the relationships that of each member has with each other member that is the secret. We know how to improve that relationship.
All the problems in life with other people are affected greatly by relationships. Relationships are often the most rewarding - and sometimes the most puzzling - aspects of our lives! - ..
In all relationships: intimate, financial, work settings, families, friendships, or in community they are the major factor.
The quality of our relationships has enormous impact on the quality of our lives,. It effects our happiness, self esteem, and careers.

This understanding - this tool – Ninergy - has been developed and refined for over 12 years. It is being practiced and tested every day for the last 2 years at the End of the Road Ranch.

Workshop is being offered FREE whether you want to be part of our End of the Road Ranch community or not. All that is being asked of you is to Pay It Forward. Please see the Pay it Forward movie and you will understand our motive.
It sheds light on the most important psychological dynamics in our personality and how it affects our personal life, our financial life, our intimate life and our community life.
Ninergy will help anybody have a quality life, regardless of their living situation. Everybody
should have a quality life and Ninergy can show you how. It is a tool that you can use every day.
At the Free Ninergy Workshop You Will Explore:
1. Which of the three (3) Survival Instincts controls your relationship with your significant other.
2. Which of the twenty eight Talents, Attributes and Gifts (TAGs) you have, but do not know it.
3. How your amygdala determines your approach to conflict in relationships
4. The nine (9) Enneagram ways of working.
5. How your childhood experiences affects primary motivations about money.
6. How to raise your Emotional Quotient (EQ) not your IQ. So you do the right thing, to the right degree, at the right time, with the right person, and have success.
PowerPoint presentations, hand out materials, reflective and interactive exercises will be used to help you recognize your personal strengths and uncover both the TAGs and the blind spots you may bring to relationships.

Workshop Cost – Free - .. if you provide your own lodging. You may camp free at the End of the Road Ranch. It is 10 miles to Depoe Bay as the crow flies, but it is 30 miles if you have to drive.
We have a limited number of 3 bedroom condos reserved at WorldMark Resort.
Cost to stay at WorldMark per private bedroom/bath in a condo = $300 - - Monday night thru Saturday night
Each condo has a King, Queen and Twin beds. When you make your reservation, you get your choice of bedrooms that are still available. Reservation fee for WorldMark private bedroom/bath = $100

End of the Road Ranch
Our 80 acre Ranch is 10 miles from the Pacific Ocean in Oregon. We are 7 miles from the nearest town of 1300 people with: riverside park; bank; bakery; restaurant; video store; churches; laundry mat; grocery store; library;
gift store, post office; roadhouse\sport bar; fuel station and mini market.
The ranch is surrounded by 20,000 acres of logging
land. It is a land locked island of 80 level acres surrounded on two sides by river with wild salmon, cutthroat trout, and steelhead.
There are 5 miles of logging roads and locked logging gates to get to the Ranch.
