The Growers are people who want to learn how to:
1. Have a Sustainable Food supply
2. Work with others and have a Sustainable Community.
Any community will have problems and our community is no exception
Regardless of how like minded the members of the community are there will be problems. How they are solved is the secret to a successful community. There are many ways to organize a community to solve problems. It is not our organization structure that is our secret, but it is the relationships that of each member has with each other member that is the secret. We know how to improve that relationship.
All the problems in life with other people are affected greatly by relationships. Relationships are often the most rewarding - and sometimes the most puzzling - aspects of our lives! - ..
In all relationships: intimate, financial, work settings, families, friendships, or in community they are the major factor.
The quality of our relationships has enormous impact on the quality of our lives,. It effects our happiness, self esteem, and careers.
Understanding ourselves and others is the key to having fulfilling relationships, a quality life and financial freedom
This understanding...this tool...Ninergy...has been developed and refined for over 12 years. It is being practiced and tested every day for the last 2 years at the End of the Road Ranch.
The Ninergy Workshop is being offered FREE whether you want to be part of our End of the Road Ranch community or not. All that is being asked of you is to Pay It Forward. Please see the Pay it Forward movie and you will understand our motive.
It sheds light on the most important psychological dynamics in our personality and how it affects our personal life, our financial life, our intimate life and our community life.
Ninergy will help anybody have a quality life, regardless of their living situation. Everybody should have a quality life and Ninergy can show you how. It is a tool that you can use every day.
At the Free Ninergy Workshop You Will Explore:
1. Which of the three (3) Survival Instincts controls your relationship with your significant other.
2. Which of the twenty eight Talents, Attributes and Gifts (TAGs) you have, but do not know it.
3. How your amygdala determines your approach to conflict in relationships
4. The nine (9) Enneagram ways of working.
5. How your childhood experiences affects primary motivations about money.
6. How to raise your Emotional Quotient (EQ) not your IQ. So you do the right thing, to the right degree, at the right time, with the right person, and have success.
PowerPoint presentations, hand out materials, reflective and interactive exercises will be used to help you recognize your personal strengths and uncover both the TAGs and the blind spots you may bring to relationships.
This Workshop is for you-

End of the Road Ranch
Our 80 acre Ranch is 10 miles from the Pacific Ocean in Oregon. We are 7 miles from the nearest town of 1300 people with: riverside park; bank; bakery; restaurant; video store; churches; laundry mat; grocery store; library; gift store, post office; roadhouse\sport bar; fuel station and mini market.
The ranch is surrounded by 20,000 acres of logging land. It is a land locked island of 80 level acres surrounded on two sides by river with wild salmon, cutthroat trout, and steelhead.
Coralee, the workshop sounds interesting.
I cannot make it but would like to know more about the concepts. Have you thought of taping it and sharing the workshop on youtube, or some other site, with those of us who cannot be there?
Maybe this has already been done and the info is available at a website somewhere?
Have you thought of taping it and sharing the workshop on youtube, or some other site, with those of us who cannot be there?
We did tape parts of it, BUT the workshop consisted mainly of couples, and it got too personal, SO we will not be posting any thing on the Internet.
Part of the problem is we humans are all limited to the extent that we are trapped in invisible automatic patterns that we do not see. We each take on specific coping strategies early in life to get along with others and get what we need. These early strategies for dealing with the world around us become fixed and rigid patterns that can be difficult to change and solve problems as we get older because they are familiar, comfortable and they have protected us. They have made it possible for us to survive. They are our defense mechanisms. We survived, they worked! These patterns are not good or bad, but if they stop a community from solving problems, then maybe you have to look at them. Some people did and do not want them shared.
So what happens in the workshop, stays in the workshop.
We can share a comment we have received
This message is to inform you that I will be driving back to Roseburg to try & get in town before the business day starts. The week here in Depoe Bay has been something super special for myself. If it wasn't for both of your kindness / generosity to organize such a thing I wouldn't be here / driving back with a glowing positive smile on my face. Staying an entire week has made me fully comprehend the program. All I can do is share the knowledge & hope the information will touch someone like it has touched me. Words cannot be gathered for my gratefulness.
Next year will be the 14th year. Nov 10-16 Depoe Bay OR and it is free if you camp.
